Our pulled pork is marinated overnight before being slow cooked for 14 hours to produce our delicious, tender pulled pork with a flavour to die for.

 

We serve it hot to you at your venue with a choice of homemade apple or BBQ sauce and fresh stuffing in a brioche bun.

 

This also comes with a help yourself buffet with a wide variety of pasta, potato and dressed salads.
